At JPL Shellfish we source our fish from local boats landing in Scrabster Fishmarket and direct from fishermen all over the far North of Scotland. Our emphasis is always on locally sourced, top quality produce.

We then process our fish and shellfish and deliver directly to our clients which include some of the top hotels in Scotland, including Skibo Castle, Ackergill Tower and many more. If you are a wholesale catering establishment, hotel, restaurant, guest house, estate, fishing lodge or bed and breakfast, we can supply you with top quality local seafood which your customers will never forget.
